what we do

Sullivan Practice LLC is a boutique advisory firm focused on the one factor that determines whether teams succeed or fail: organizational health.

We take already smart organizations and make them healthy. Working directly with CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior leadership teams, we eliminate dysfunction, create strategic clarity, and build the cohesion required for aligned execution. Our approach integrates Patrick Lencioni’s organizational health frameworks with neuroscience-informed leadership and executive coaching.

Unlike traditional consulting that ends with a workshop or off-site, we partner with leadership teams through the full organizational health cycle. Real transformation requires consistent work, reinforcement, and accountability over time.
