His work is grounded in proven frameworks—including Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the Six Types of Working Genius, and Ideal Team Player—in addition to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator insights, to help leaders build clarity, cohesion, and lasting competitive advantage.
Michael uses his neuroscience-backed leadership coaching to help teams become not only smart, but healthy — not only brilliant, but cohesive, clear, and competitive.
