what we do
Sullivan Practice LLC is a boutique strategic advisory firm focused on the one factor that determines whether strategy succeeds or fails: organizational health.
The goal is simple: 6 months to a year from now, when leaders walk into a meeting, the room feels different. Healthy debate happens without politics. Decisions are clear. Leaders follow through on commitments. Teams work together around shared priorities. Everyone understands what matters most and why.
What would it take for your team to be there?
We take already smart organizations and make them healthy. Working directly with CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior leadership teams, we eliminate dysfunction, create strategic clarity, and build the cohesion required for aligned execution. Our approach integrates Patrick Lencioni’s organizational health frameworks with neuroscience-informed leadership and executive coaching.
Unlike traditional consulting that ends with a workshop or off-site, we partner with leadership teams through the full organizational health cycle. Real transformation requires consistent work, reinforcement, and accountability over time. Just like personal health, one good habit doesn’t create lasting change, consistent habits do.
